Congratulations to Sammy Rutkowski and Thomas Gregory, winners of the two student band trips to Hawaii!
Becky Bridwell is the winner of the trip for 2 to Hawaii. The drawing for the $10,000 will be held as
soon as the 200 tickets are sold. The drawing for the 2 Florida trips will be held in May (so keep selling)!
The Rebel Regiment has been invited to perform at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on 7 Dec 2004 to
commemorate the 63rd anniversary of the Japanese attack on the United States. We are grateful for this
opportunity to honor our country and the men who gave their lives defending it during World War II.
There is a meeting on 15 Dec 2003 at 7:30 PM in the Byrnes High cafeteria to go over the details
of the trip, the itinerary, and to get an initial head count of who will be going. Band members, parents,
boosters, members of the community and friends of the Rebel Regiment are invited to join us on this 6 night,
7 day trip to Hawaii. We will depart on 2 Dec 2004 and return on 8 Dec 2004.
